Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Creditrack platform, including all software, content, and materials, is owned by Creditrack and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Creditrack is not responsible for outcomes related to credit bureau decisions, furnisher responses, or changes to your credit score. We provide tools and education; the results of any dispute process depend on the credit bureaus and furnishers involved.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
